These terms cover use of the live Size Passport product.

You may use Size Passport only for lawful purposes and only in ways that match the product’s permission model. You must not try to bypass authentication, scrape protected records, interfere with another person’s access, or use the service to submit misleading or abusive data.

If you create an account, you are responsible for your credentials and for activity performed through your session. Size Passport may suspend or block access when it reasonably believes an account or integration is being misused.

A customer Fit Passport remains the customer’s record. Brands and operators may contribute measurements, garment data, or fitting notes only through product-approved flows and only when access has been granted under Size Passport’s permission model.

Contributed data may remain part of the shared record after submission because the product is designed as a durable fit history rather than a one-time order worksheet.

Size Passport may change, improve, or remove features as launch work continues. We aim to keep critical functions such as account access, scan resolution, exports, and wallet issuance reliable, but the service is still evolving and may occasionally require maintenance or produce errors.

We may update these terms when the live product or launch posture changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
